Leaders are at the frontline of dramatic change across local government and public services - new challenges and opportunitites are at stake. With the huge emphasis on local government to work more widely and effectively in partnership to deliver greater outcomes with less budget - it is crucial to address how this will be delivered and achieved through leadership.
The conference promises to deliver an engaging, high quality national event for current and future leaders across local government, public services and key partners. It looks in detail at this complex area in the public sector arena and how this can deliver the outcomes and performance required of modern public services. |
